This group helped me focus

Hey! I horse back ride, play soccer, and play tennis but over the summer I got really lax in staying fit and keeping up with my exercise to stay on top of my game. I went downhill and stopped working out altogether. My cardio sucked and my miles started taking 8 to 12 minutes to complete. I was no longer at the front of the group but was instead dragging behind. 
I didn't think I'd get back into shape because I lacked motivation, but when I used glow to track periods I joined this exercise group and was surprised to see that there were pregnant middle aged women doing a hell of a lot better than I was. 
It gave me motivation to not only improve myself but it put me back at the top of the game. My coach was going to cut me from the team because I quit trying, but now I've got the will to keep at it. 
 So I want to say thank you gals for not only being supportive but for pushing me to do better.
