Okay, so I got on the IUD in September and my boyfriend seems to be taking advantage of it. I have a good stable job, & he has 2. We have 2 children and I don't wanna mess up our jobs or the life we have now. I know that the IUD isn't %100 effective but he doesn't seem to listen to me when I tell him not to cum inside me. He just does it and says sorry. I've talked to him and have gotten mad at him so many times sometimes I don't even wanna have sex because I know he's not gonna listen. Any advice? I seriously am disgusted by the way it runs down my legs after I stand up. He gets mad at me also because I get mad at him...

If it were once or twice I'd say it was an accident (and inner if the reasons the pullout method doesn't work). But the way you're talking about it, it sounds like this is more than am occasional thing. 
If you haven't, try talking to him in the middle of the day with clothes on top make sure he knows just how serious you are. If that doesn't work you may want to get a 3rd party therapist/counselor involved. Cause yeah, hopefully he just doesn't realize just how serious you are. 
It's possible too that he's just not really in control- physically/medically, and needs to get checked out before it gets worse. He may be in denial or trying to hide it if that's the case, since no guy wants to admit there's an issue like that. 
Otherwise... he doesn't care- and that's not ok.

It's def not 100% but I've had an IUD twice. The first time for 4yrs before I got it removed (because we wanted a child) and now I'm going on 5yrs. Maybe it's just because he's my Husband and not just a boyfriend but I love it when he cums inside me and he does it every single time. TBH pulling out and having to find something to cum on is awkward and not sexy unless it's on/in you but both of those cases are messy. In the 8yrs I've had the IUD we've never had a pregnancy scare and I'm super fertile. Like literally I didn't even have a cycle when I got my IUD removed- I got pregnant instantly lol and then I got pregnant while breastfeeding exclusively without a period 7weeks after giving birth. 
Anyway we keep a towel handy or I just lay over the towel while doing the deed and when it's over I sit up. Gravity does its job in making the semen come back out and the towel absorbs as much if not all. By the time I get to the bathroom to pee there's hardly any gooey stuff on me lol. The only tims it has gotten messy is when I'm well hydrated and get heavy discharge.
