How to change babies sleep schedule.

So my daughter has a really messed up sleep schedule. She wakes up at about 2am and waits until her dad gets home at 4:45 then stays up until about 6 until he goes to bed. I'm going crazy how do I make her sleep instead of her waiting up for him? Please help
