milk drying up....

Okay so I'm a little sad bc I think my milk is drying up. I Have an EBF 11 week old. He sleeps all through the night 8 hours and wakes up to eat than sleeps 2 more hours. I wake up in the middle of the night to pump. Allday yesterday my baby are more times than usual and my breast felt empty. And last night when I pumped I barely got any milk and I usually pump a lot. I have been really stressed bc my husband and I are not doing well and 2 weeks ago a car crashed into our house. I go back to work in January and feel like I'm not enjoying my last weeks with baby due to stress. Could this be a cause of losing milk?... What should I do? I'm so sad I love nursing my boy.
