OPKs with FMU?

Do OPKs need to be taken with FMU or does it not matter when I use them?

It doesn't matter. Some even say specifically NOT to use FMU with OPK's, but I never had a problem. I would test a couple times a day when I knew it was closer so I made sure I didn't miss the positive result.

FMU is not good for OPK's. It's best to test in the afternoon between 2-4pm and try not to drink too much liquid  t least 2 hours before. Good luck!
