What pronoun do you use?

When you talk about your baby, what pronouns do you usually use? My husband and I can't stop using "he" and "him" which isnt a problem per say, but I feel like it will be difficult to switch if it ends up being a girl! We don't care which gender it is, really. It will just be hard to start saying "she" and "her"! Anyone else seem to show unintentional preference?

Lol before I knew what we were having, I'd call my baby girl "it"

I think I'm having a girl so I've just been saying "she" and "her".

I said "he" too. Ended up being a girl and I still slipped up and said he from time to time because I was so used to saying that.

We call mine our Lil peanut. I love elephants and found an elephant onsie that's says Lil peanut on it, and that stuck.

We know we're having a boy, but we say "baby" or "it".
"It" really irritates my family, but I have no patience for their complaints about it.

When I was pregnant and we didn't know we just referred to her as the baby or we'd just bounce back and forth between he and she.

I find I unintentionally say he or him every once in a while too!  I try to just say baby or we've nicknamed it Lamby (my husband's last name is Sheppard)
I don't think I'll have a hard time switching if it's a girl though.  I think it'll be different once baby is here and more real.
