period, sore boobs, sick, now blood?

So my last period ended the day I had sex on the second of this month. A few days after I started to get sore boobs and ever since then they've been sore. About two days ago I started to notice veins in my chest leading straight down to my nipples. I've also puked 3 times this week.. Now today I'm suppose to be ovulating and I'm bleeding only when I wipe and I feel sick. Can someone help me??
