Obgyn tomorrow

What's questions am i needing to ask my obgyn since I've been trying to conceive for almost 11 months next week? Do i ask for test? I am 34 haven't had any other kids in 16 year's. Boyfriend is 29 one child that's 7 smoked weed alot and he's going to get a sperm count check tomorrow at the same time at a different office tomorrow.
