Sleeping Advice

So my almost 3 month old is a wonderful WONDERFUL sleeper. We started bedtime at 3 weeks old n she has gone to sleep at 8-8:30 every night and was waking around 3-4 to eat. Now she is waking at 4 just for a diaper. She is in the stage where she's moving into 2 diapers so should I move her up to 3s at bedtime? I was putting her in a larger size at bedtime so she wouldn't do this. But since she's moving into 2s I'm thinking I need too.
