JcPenny returns?

Question

My boyfriend bought me an engagement ring online, but the size is too big. Can I go personally to the store and exchange it, if he gives me the order number and everything. Or does he have to go?

I agree with everyone else to just get it resized- I've had mine resized twice now and I prefer it, that way it's still the original ring and they clean and polish out any scratches for you usually ☺

If he got the protection plan there it has free ring sizing and free cleanings.
 I'm not sure about a straight exchange though, since they don't always have every size in store. Also half the time jcp has more online than store at least at my local jcp.

You should just be able to go in a do it. Idk if they'll actually take it back or just send that one off to be resized. I know JCpenny does 2 free resizing and that would count as one.
