Vagina Health
Hey ladies, I'm having trouble with keeping my vagina in its best health. I have fairly sensitive skin as far as products, and I've learned how cleaning doesn't really have to be all that extensive and which soaps to avoid.
I've spent the past few years just trying to figure out my body and deal with my first yeast infection and my first UTI and I've learned a lot, not only from my doctor, but from my friends, and from the ladies on this eve app.
My question is: how do you ladies deal with toilet paper getting stuck in all of the crevices? Sometimes I won't feel that it has gotten stuck and I get all itchy and feel like I have to pee again, then when I go check, I pull out this sizeable piece of paper from inside my labia minora. After I sit with my legs open for a while the little bit of swelling goes down and I feel better and don't feel the urge to pee again for a while.
My doctors/gynos have never mentioned that anything is wrong with me down there, but they haven't really given me any tips that don't involve medication of some sort (which I try to avoid until necessary).
I'm also nowhere near as flexible as I used to be in high school (age 21, *sarcastically mentions how old I'm getting). That being said, I can't bend to examine all my lady bits 24/7 like I wish I could.
If anyone has any general advice that changed their womanly worlds for the better, I would love to read about it!
Thanks!
