I have a super severe yeast infection. Pretty tender down stairs. What are some of the best over the counter or home remedies? I don't really like putting a lot of chemicals down there so home remedies would be best but I just want the fastest option. Word to the wise: don't stay in damp workout clothes for too log 😩
