I am only 4w6d and I just woke up to extreme cramps, they were bad enough to wake me up.. Praying it's just constipation or gas because I came to use the bathroom and hardly anything will come out (TMI I know) idk if anyone has ever experienced this but prayers would be great right now thanks...
