life after marriage??

I been married almost five years now I'm only 24 we are the same age... lately I don't feel pretty enough.. my hubby says I never wear anything sexy anymore or wear heels or do my hair in curls!! I just don't know I don't feel sexy I can't wear heals they hurt my feet... and I gained a few pounds, I get busy with work and college I just don't know anymore. How have your marriage been for those who are married???
