which condoms are best? And how much would condom and pulling out help lower my risk for pregnancy?

So I recently stopped Birth Control because it's not the best thing to be on for a long time. But I want to be 99.9% protected when i have sex. Can anyone recomend a better brand of comdom? Or has anyone had one particular condom that has broke? Also thinking I should pull out and use a condom, would that lower my chances of getting pregnant even more? I'm in college I cannot get pregnant.

I recommend durex it's the only ones I've used and I will still always use them.
I went to a clinic yesterday and I was told that before touching a condom make sure that you wash your hands as any oily substances you've touched before can cause microscopic holes in the condom which can cause it to leak and also hand cream breaks through the latex. An experiment he said was to blow up a condom like a balloon, put on hand cream and hold the ballon and see how long it takes to blow up. But yeah I think durex is a good brand

I recommend Trojans, particularly the ones in the yellow box (I forgot what they're called). My boyfriend and I have been using them for the past few months, and they work great. I know many people rely on durex, but those were the only ones that have broken on us. Luckily it was before he finished

If you're not on bc, I highly recommend withdrawal + a condom. It may not be ideal for you and your partner, but it puts your mind at ease if you're worried about getting  pregnant. Just make sure to pee right after and check to see if there was a leakage in case! 😊

Condoms don't break easily. Just make sure you are actually wet. If you feel like your drying up.. there's no shame in a little lube or spit. Doesn't matter how young you are, sometimes.. you just dry up.

Now, we love Trojan bareskin. Or Trojan ultra thin, or Trojan extra sensitive. The ultra thins have a strange smell, but they feel good.. we forgot how bad they smelled until this last pack... so it'll probably be our last. 
We pull out, it definitely lowers your chance because in the small chance that the condom did break.. it's not going to come out in your vagina. 
Unfortunately, one time the condom did break.. and it just happens he didn't pull out all the way.. he was like in the opening of my vagina (I have no idea why.. usually he actually pulls out) and the condom broke and I was filled to the rim with sperm lol
