I don't have a pic of me working out but this is what I look like...I still rock climb 2-3X per week and do cardio 2-3X per week. Plus chase around a 2yr old!

I was. I stopped last month it was starting to make me dizzy and nauseous no matter how hydrated I was. You look super cute with the bump!

Im waddling a good 2-3 miles every day sometimes up to 5. I'm trying to walk as much as possible with the dog when the weather is nice. If it's icey I go to a big supermarket and walk up every asile. It also helps me sleep. If I don't do it I'm guaranteed to be up at night.

I walk almost daily a mile, still pretty easy aT 35 weeks just trying to keep it up as long as I can as I hear it helps with labor

Sadly I gave up today (34 + 5). I was doing barre work outs throughout but I literally can't even lift my leg in those positions without ligament pain so it just didn't even seem safe. Walking it is until the end for me

I'm a black belt in taekwondo and still go to a training session every week. This will be my last one tonight before the baby comes though but only because we are breaking up for the Christmas holidays. I'm 38 weeks + 1 day and I find it not only helps keep me active but keeps my spirts up too. Granted for the last month I've mainly only been teaching and streching and doing the easy things, and no part of it has been contact since I told the class I was pregnant after my 12 week scan but keeping active and seeing people at taekwondo and my weekly pregnancy swimming aerobic class that I attend rather then staying in my house has certainly helped me.
