My protocol
Thought I would post my current protocol, since it's a long run and I'm trying to find ways to cope with waiting it out.
Plan for extended Lupron for patient with severe endometriosis undergoing CET:
Lupron Depot 3.75 mg im on day 20 of upcoming menstrual cycle (must use barrier contraception).
Lupron Depot 3.75 mg im after 28 days, and start Estrace 3/3 concomitantly as per usual CET protocol. Map as per protocol with im Progesterone 50-75 mg im.
Transfer per protocol.
Idk how many days it will take per say, but I'm hoping for the best. I should do a frozen transfer end of February or beginning of March.
