What are the things to do to take a relationship to the next level?

I am in a good relationship with a man I love for 9 months now. I am ready to move foward but I feel like we are stuck in that maze where we just talk..on normal things like how's your day..Wat are you doing and the sort. We are waiting so moving in together is not an option.   I just don't know what to do I feel really stuck and dull. I want to make things happen but I don't know what or how. This is my first ever serious relationship. Please advice. Anything

You've only been together 9 months! Cut yourself some slack. There will be boring moments in a long relationship but that's okay! Try doing something new together. Talk about each other's interests and find something he likes that you've never done and vice versa. My boyfriend and I used to go to the this one spot on the beach in the middle of the night ALL the time. It got boring after a while but this was "our spot" bc it's where we had our first kiss. One day after a while he brought a foam mattress with him (that he planned on throwing out soon) and we laid on that with blankets and all just staring at the stars cuddling and talking about our days. It made the whole experience new again. And It's little things like that that renew your relationship
