Are you dieting ? Working out?

Hi moms ! 
Have you been dieting or working out post baby ? If yes , what's your workout routine like ? Is your body changing or takingits sweet   time? Lol 
I got me a personal trainer who I see twice a week (she does HIIT training) and I also do Zumba 💃🏽 I also do the postpartum boot camp DVDs at home when I'm home with my princess.  
So far I see a change in my stomach , much less flabby , some of my old jeans and work dresses fit again 😆 and my back looks more toned yay! I lost 20 lbs after pregnancy. Lost 4 lbs since I started working out 💪🏽 
 (And no im no longer breastfeeding... I stopped BF at 8 weeks).
