frank breech

I will be 36 weeks tomorrow. As of last Monday, my baby is in the frank breech presentation. She was head down from week 30-35. Has anyone had a frank breech baby flip after 36 weeks? Any advise on exercises to do to help flip? My doctors practice does not manually flip babies. My next appointment is December 29. If she doesn't flip by then, they will schedule a c-section.
