Dilation Help
So where I'm from they don't ever do dilation checks unless they feel they HAVE to.. but I'd really like to know and most other mums to be seem to know. I read someone said you can check yourself?! Has anyone done this?? How accurate was it?
I'm 1 day shy of 38 weeks
