When should I call the doctor?

Got a super faint positive yesterday and then the one below this morning which makes me think it's really real!! Crossing my fingers as this is our rainbow baby! When should I call the dr to set up an appointment?

Thanks everyone. I called the ob and they want to see me at 8 weeks which is January 16th. I'm a nervous wreck. I remember feeling like this with my last pregnancy that ended. I'm just trying to remain positive and praying I don't lose this baby as well.

After my D&C my Dr told me to call and make an appointment as soon as I get a positive HPT

It depends on your doctor. I waited until around 6 weeks to call just because I knew I wouldn't be seen until after 8 weeks. I had a previous mc too and my doctor gave me the option of coming in for blood work to check my levels, but I passed.

Since you've had a previous mc they will probably bring you in to check your levels right away.

Now. Mine doesn't see you until your at least 8 weeks but you can make the appt in advance

No need to wait for it to get darker...just call. They will most likely ask you when your LMP was and then see you based on that or have you come in for a quick confirmation test.
