According to my app (We decided to stop trying so hard ao im not <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> any other way) im 1dpo. I was in the shower when i started to get pretty bad cramps and a shooting pain. With caused me to feel slightly nauseous. This lasted about 15-20 minutes but now its starting to calm down a little. Anyone else ever experience this?
