No weight gain @ 17 weeks

Hardly have any bump at 17 weeks and have actually lost weight. Is this normal? Or something I should be concerned about? I lost 10 in the 1st trimester and still haven't gained it back. The picture is from today and I was 17 weeks on Saturday... how much have you gained/lost??
