So, this is the 2nd time I've had to go to the ER. The first time I was experiencing some abdominal cramping & severe shoulder pain at 7 weeks, the nurse on duty referred me to the ER. Fine, so fast forward .... Now at 19 weeks, Tuesday I ran a fever & had some vomiting. I took a Tylenol & that next day the vomiting, fever, and chills had stopped, but then I started having severe coughing, sore throat, & terrible congestion. I called my OB, guess what they told me one again ... Yes, go to the ER. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the ER was for emergencies. Doctor at the ER diagnosed me with bronchitis & prescribed me an inhaler which I already have because I have asthma. Can't help but to feel like my OB kinda sucks !
