So today at my appointment my doctor checked my cervix like always. I'm 39w2d and 4cm 50% dilated. Yay!! Lol but while he was checking, it was a lot more uncomfortable than it usually is (almost painful this time) and took a little longer too. He was doing what felt like digging around. Does that sound like a membrane sweep? I didn't ask for one and he didn't say he was doing one but I've had nonstop contractions ever since then and I'm wondering if he may have triggered it. I don't mind if he did!! I just think it's weird that he didn't say anything
