this has never happened beforr

So I've started seeing this new guy, and about a week or two before we tried having sex the first time I had a BV infection. It was all cleared up by the time we tried but I wasnt wet enough for us to have sex. Its not because we didnt do enough foreplay, and im definitley not a vrigin. We have tried twice since then and still having the same problem. He actually ripped his foreskin the last time we tried so its been a few weeks since we have done anything. Would this be because of the medication I was taking? This has never happened to me before!
