Really dumb, but I had a stillbirth at 21 weeks with twins in the morning of October 27th and just two nights ago, my boyfriend came in me. I heard about how you're very fertile after birth and I think I already had my first period. Does anyone know the chances that I could be pregnant again? Or should it be nothing to worry about?
