I've never been in the shower with another guy before. Tbh I'm scared he'll be able to see my full body and analyze my cellulite and extra fat on my hips and thighs. Ik it sounds crazy but I feel like it'd be so uncomfortable and awkward. Has anyone ever tried it and felt comfortable doing it?

If you've had sex before then hasnt he already seen your body? Shower sex is definitely different. I don't like having to share the water. I've done it a few times, it's pretty fun and interesting. You'll probably be infront facing the water or behind and the water will be on his back. So he'll only truly be seeing your backside. Facing each other can be difficult unless he manages to pick you up without slipping/falling. Relax yourself and enjoy the moment. Maybe to some foreplay first, take each other's clothes off and get comfortable 👌🏾
