Christmas gift ideas?

I barely knew my grandmother (my dads mother) as a child and I'm closer to her now than before. However, I have no clue what to get her for christmas. I was thinking of giving her 50 bucks in a card or something..Or maybe a blanket for the winter? She's retired and uses a walker now so she has limited mobility and rarely gets a chance to go outside. Any ideas would be appreciated! :)
