Condom lost inside me..for two weeks??? 😫😳

Ok this is absolutely disgusting and I'm completely embarrassed to even be putting this into words, but I'm freaking out!! I had sex with my boyfriend two weeks ago (with a condom) and afterwards, we couldn't find it. We looked eeeeverywhere and decided maybe it came off in the heat of the moment and the dog ate it. A couple days later, I started having symptoms of a UTI (pain when urinating, frequent urination, itching and burning) and I also had very smelly discharge. I made a mental note to make an OB appointment, but never made the call. Today, while I'm in the shower, I'm washing my vagina and I feel something slimy. I pull on it and out comes a completely dissolved and slimy condom! From two weeks ago! I'm freaking out. Someone please tell me this has happened to them 😫😫😫
