34 weeks and asked OB. Some is round ligament, but most is the pelvis stretching. There is a tiny piece of cartilage that holds the pubic bones together in the front (right behind where pubic hair is) and when it stretches it is painful!! Laying in bed with a heating pad on my crotch now 😂 it helps some
