I might need diapers at 26😫

I'm not sure when this started but I'm gonna say in the last year. So I'll be able to hold my pee for hours, but as soon as I get close to the restroom I seriously can't hold it in. I'll leak in the middle of pulling my pants down! !!! I feel like a kid, I literally dance in place waiting for the waves to pass so I can make it to the bathroom 10 feet away. It's definitely not a uti but I'm starting to think its not normal. Anyone else?
