MC vs MMC

Hayley • Wed, Dec 21 • 32 years old. MMC 8/5/16 at 13 weeks. My rainbow baby, Milo Wild, was born 8/30/17! 🌈 Chemical 11/2020. Baby girl Due 9/9/2021! 🌈

Is there a difference between the two? I had a mmc at 13 weeks (baby stopped growing at 6) and I'm wondering if something different happens in the body that causes you to hold on longer than if you had miscarried naturally when the baby stopped growing?
