I have one right now and I feel like death. Although the last few weeks haven't been sunshine anyways. I'm 7w1d

It sucks. I got one over Thanksgiving. I drank lots of tea with honey and lemon, cough drops, humidifier with eucalyptus oil, ate raw garlic, stood in the shower for drainage, lots of Netflix and tissues. I was miserable for about 4 days and had a residual cough for about 2 weeks. I'm still a little stuffy in the morning but I think it's cuz I'm dog sitting and mildly allergic and the seasons are changing where I live.
