Can I save my sheets and undies?

Is there ways to remove period blood out of sheets and clothing? I always wash them but is leaves it stained. Any tips or remedies? If so please share!

Shout Advanced stain remover works wonder. Spray it on the blood, the bottle says to keep it on for five minutes, but I leave it on for 30 minutes-1 hour. Works on old stains too!

Sweetie use peroxide and cold water and a mild soap like dove or ivory as soon as possible you dontvwantvthe blood to dry or it will stain oxy is great also

Vinegar and baking soda may help. I haven't had to get blood out in a long time but it worked on my husband's chef coats when he sliced his fingers open at work. Lol I'm so glad he works in an office now! Only danger there is throwing a computer at a wall!
