no period for months

Hey ladies.. can someone help me in some way!? I have an irregular period since I've started when I was 11.. I'm 23 now, married.. I used birth control in 2014 and 2015 and stopped using it in February 2016.. I was using NuvaRing.. My first period after coming off of the birth control was April, then June.. my next one wasn't until August and lasted pretty much a full month.. I still haven't gotten my period yet since then.. does anyone know what's wrong with me!
