TTC ~ Possible implantation bleeding?

I had been on depo for 3 years and after stopping I took birth control for 3 months to regulate my periods. No protection since Dec 6. I am 12dpo and suppose to start today. Had very little bright pink spotting. I was kind of dishearted thinking I had gotten AF then was reading these post and came across IB. I had no idea what IB was. No other bleeding for past 8hrs (not normal for me). Last week had very very sore nipples and was very tired but figured it was AF coming. Does anyone else feel like they are going to stress themselves into sterilization? Like "what was that rumble...am I pregnant? Nope. Just gas. Do my boobs look bigger? Nope. It's bc I've looked at them more in the past month that I EVER have. Lol." I feel like I need to calm down and stop reading EVERY article about trying to conceive but I'm so excited. Every step I have taken has been for a child that Does not exist. Yet.
