braxton hicks
Braxton hicks contractions are not painful at all. I'm a first time mom, and all i feel is my belly tighten up. I feel pressure but it doesn't hurt. My friend ( she's already had kids ) was complaining of them at 19 weeks and i was 23 at the time. I was scared because i didn't know if i was having them or not, but now i'm really starting to notice.
