sleeping at night
When I'm sleeping with my boyfriend, he snores extremely loud and I sometimes talk in my sleep. But recently when someone snores extremely loud it wakes me up out my sleep and I'm wide awake. So what I do is turn on the air/fan/ open a window. So the air from outside can help him breathe better. Which that normally works, but I wanted to know are their other tricks to helping someone lower their snoring or help with their sleeping habit.
Also is normal to accumulate so much body heat when sleeping with someone?
Because I always end up sweating when I'm sleeping with my boyfriend. Or he may have more body heat then I do.
