Forgot Prenatal? I can't remember if I took my vitamins today or not so I just took them. If I did take them earlier (over 12 hrs ago) will there be any bad effects?

You'll be totally fine. For future reference, contrary to what some other gals said, you don't pee out ALL excess vitamins. You can overdose on some, such as vitamin A (which is why youre advised to not take any additional supplements without doctors ok). In the future, if you can't remember if you took your prenatal, don't take (another) one.  You can have too much of a good thing in this case :) but once isn't going to hurt you.

I think it takes 30-60 minutes for your body to absorb and eliminate excess vitamins. You're fine
