What do Braxton hicks feel like? I'm just curious I'm close to 23 weeks I'm a first time mom

I'm 23 Weeks with my 2nd. I've heard they could feel different for different mamas.. mine feel like the top of my tummy gets really tight and hard.. sometimes there is periods when it takes my breath away for 30 seconds. Sitting with your feet up and drinking a lot of water can help👍🏻 If you are feeling tightness, cramping or pain low, I would contact your Dr to be safe

For me I get a little bit of cramping really low, my tummy feels really tight and I lose my breath. As long as you aren't in a lot of pain they are alright. Also if they are irregular you're okay.
