Should I be worried ? Go to L&D ? Normal?

Before anything Iam 40 weeks plus 2 days , i Saw my Doctor yesterday she said I'm about 2 cm dialted and 50% effaced . She said if I don't have my babyboy by next Tuesday she will induce me later that day ! OK so anyways today at about 11 am I went for a walk (30mins) , when I was getting back home I started feeling contractions but also like if I was constipated or had gas but cramps type of feeling I couldn't even walk . It hurt to walk 😣 I immediately took a long warm shower just in case it was the real deal ! I timed them they were about 15 -20 mins apart lasted about 90 seconds each . But I continously felt like constipated/Gas . After about 3 hours they went away so I was like ok maybe this is early labor but I've still been feeling Lower back pain and like Adominal soreness , Constipated/Gas feeling ! I don't know what it is or what I should do . If anyone has ever felt like this or going through this please let me know ! I'm not a FTM but with my first I had to be induced plus I never ever felt like this with my first . It's a whole different experience . And I have felt my babyboy move through out the day.

I would really appreciate anyone's opinion or smilliar experiences 💞 I'm just worried if my symptoms are not normal !😞
