I actually feel really..good?

Question

I'm 6 weeks and 2 days, roughly, and I haven't thrown up at all. The first time I was pregnant I had hyperemesis and started throwing up the very day I was 6 weeks. 
Now I'm just pretty dizzy all the time, but I suspect that's from lack of food because we haven't gotten the weekly paycheck yet for grocery shopping. 
I just feel so happy that I'm not dealing with any of that and I hope it stays this way because it was so crippling before and I couldn't even enjoy being pregnant.

First pregnancy and I am 10 weeks. I had no severe symptoms at all. Just a little queasy at 6-7 weeks, then it almost completely stopped. I only feel sleepy and lazy all the time but that's about it. I did see my baby and its heartbeat at 6+1 weeks.. but I do worry due to lack of symptoms that something is wrong 🙈 ..
