Progesterone question (read description)

I take progesterone days 16-25. I have to because of a miscarriage in August. Well, this month I have done awful. I missed taking it on days 19 (o day) and 21. I had bright bleeding on day 23 but today is 24 and it has virtually stopped. Just brown spotting now and some brown cervical mucus. (I have taken my progesterone since day 21 when I forgot.) Have I totally confused my body? Or do I still have a shot? I am only 5 dpo and tested this morning but of course you know the outcome! I'm praying and trusting God to show me but Just wondering what y'all think??
