Moving out question

Hello so sorry if its a silly question im still asking. My fiance and i are are moving in together we are looking for apartments. As for now i am not working i am going back to school next month i will find a little job i can do. My fiance makes about 2,500 a month. He doesn't care im not working he says he wants me to finish school and all. Thats fine but i feel like landlords dont like to hear there is one income because the other person is going to school... Idk i feel like i am making it hard for my fiance to get an app what yall think? Maybe a landlord wont mind
