Allergies to condoms???

Hey! So I have been looking for other birth control ways and I wanted to ask if anyone has any ideas???

I don't want birth control since (this might sound super weird) I still want periods to tell me I'm not pregnant.

My SO seems to be allergic to condoms and gets a rash from them. Latex and non-latex do this. I'm not sure what could be causing it? Any ideas?

I don't entirely trust the pull-out method (which is what we have done so far) and I'm not sure where else to turn. I found these VCF things at the store the other day and was wondering if anyone has tried them and know how well they work? Or if there's anything else or will I just have to give in and get birth control or something?
