Second day off missed period

Hi guys, I'm usually hot on with my periods, regular every month and I was supposed to come on my period yesterday and I haven't today either, I've taken a test today but it looked negative but when I last looked I can see the most fainted line? Could this be an evap line? I'm so confused, It's been a year ttc I have two children already any help or advise would be great thank you xx
