Feeling Nurvouse

Im super late on my pms, i was sopost to get it on the 14 to the 16 of december. Every month never been late and i had went to the hospital bc i was feeling really dizzy and sick to my stomach on dec 19 and thy took a blood test and urine. It came out negative on prignancy well today is the 22 of december and still no period. Its never been late. My last period was november 12 to the 14 it lasted. So very confused has anyone ever been priganant and doctors say no its negative and later. Within weeks it pop up u are. Bc the first prignancy with my son i had taken prignancy test like crazy negative and then also blood work done negative and i didnt find out i was prignant to i was 9 weeks of him.but felt confussed bc two weekz before i found i was 9 weeks of prignancy blood work came out negative so feeling like this is happening again. I have so many symtoms.. My boobs are darker leaking lil milk and a line is going up my stomach brown and dizzy and natiouse all the time has anyone had this happen to them??
