how to calm ur nerves when driving?

so idk what it is but i get extremely nervous when i drive lol I have no idea why... i feel like throwing up or doing the bathroom .... I think its because i dont want to get in a car crash... Im traumatized... But i mean i do have my license... im just so nervous.. my stomache hurts.... Please help me calm down and relax?
